General Information | Online submission of Application
Overall Process Flow:

1. Citizens visits the Portal : www.eservicesmanipur2.mn.gov.in
2. The applicant chooses one of the above mentioned service.
3. The applicant fills up all the required and mandatory fields in the application form.
4. If there are any documents that need to be uploaded, it has to be uploaded in proper format.
5. If the service requires any Payment, the applicant has to make the payment through the e-Gras System ( Electronic – Government Receipt Accounting System). The applicant has to take the copy of the e-challan and the receipt generated by the e-Gras System which needs to be uploaded while submission of the application form.
6. On successful submission of the application, an APPLICATION ID will be generated. It is requested to keep a note of the application ID which could be used for further tracking of the submitted application.
7. The citizen can keep track of the submitted application by visiting www.eservicesmanipur2.mn.gov.in and clicking the link “Check Application Status”
Other Instructions:

1. For Filing of Land Disputes, the required documents may vary as per the case (although if it pertains to land disputes, Jamabandi Patta will be compulsory).
2. For submission of application for Demarcation of Land, only the Jamabandi Patta is required along with the application.
3. For Change of Land Use, the Jamabandi Patta is compulsory. The additional documents may vary depending on the purpose for which the land is to be diverted. For example, for construction of petrol pumps, LPG godowns etc. (There is a list of such allowed public purposes), the additional documents may be the Letter of Intent issued by Indian Oil Corporation, the deed of lease signed between the Dealer and a Pattadar etc. For construction of residential house, a letter/certificate from all the Deputy Commissioners certifying that the applicant has no other homestead land in his/her name or his/her family members’ name.
